11:00AM-12:15PM ET:
WHAT'S NEXT FOR WI-FI? FROM WI-FI 6, TO 6E, TO BEYOND

The 6th generation of Wi-Fi is closely tied to the 6 GHz band (although it’s just a coincidence that the number “6” shows up in both designations). The only devices that will be operating in the 6 GHz band will be Wi-Fi 6 devices, which are designated as “Wi-Fi 6E” when they’re used in that particular band. What are the technical features and main objectives of Wi-Fi 6E? What are the improvements found in trials using Wi-Fi 6E? When will we start to see general availability of Wi-Fi 6E equipment? Will Wi-Fi 6E ignite the market for smart Wi-Fi mesh? And what does the future hold for Wi-Fi 7?

2:00PM-3:15PM ET:
WI-FI AND THE EVOLUTION OF THE SMART HOME

With much of the world still in lockdown, people are utilizing their home networks more than ever.  Not only do they have increased bandwidth needs from current services, but Wi-Fi is also enabling new services that were previously unimaginable.  What are some of these new services and innovations that Wi-Fi is enabling? How will Wi-Fi 6 and 6E enabled devices allow for new connected experiences?  And with so much now happening in the home, including telehealth appointments, critical applications from work, and beyond, how is it all being secured?

11:00AM-12:15PM ET:
WI-FI, PRIVATE WIRELESS, AND THE CONNECTIVITY NEEDS OF THE ENTERPRISE

Wi-Fi has had a great run, serving enterprise customers. But soon, Wi-Fi may have to compete with LTE or 5G private wireless networks running on CBRS spectrum. Advocates of private wireless say those networks are more secure and provide more control for the enterprise than Wi-Fi. What are the pros and cons of each technology? Will they be competitors or complimentary to each other? Are there specific use cases where Wi-Fi or private wireless is the better choice?  Which infrastructure will be more expensive: Wi-Fi or private wireless? Is there an adequate ecosystem, yet, for CBRS chipsets, radios, core software and devices to compete against the existing Wi-Fi ecosystem?
