George Carens is Director of Insights at Samsung Ads, responsible for helping Samsung’s Agency, Brand and Media Clients navigate the shifts occurring in consumer’s TV viewership behavior. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the Industry and has led organizations through dynamic marketplaces, transforming traditional media research and data businesses into multi-media businesses. Prior to Samsung Ads, George held roles as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Revenue Officer for Kantar Media North America and President of Kantar Media Advertising Intelligence.

Mr. Dixon created nScreenMedia as a resource to the Digital Media Industry as it transitions to multi-screen delivery. He has 20+ years’ experience working in the Digital TV, Over-the-Top, and IPTV spaces. Previously, he was an analyst and partner with The Diffusion Group and has held senior executive positions at Microsoft/WebTV and Oracle. He is the author of many reports and opinion pieces and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
SVP, Advertising Sales
Diana Horowitz is senior vice president, advertising sales at fuboTV, the live TV streaming platform that is transforming how people watch sports, news and entertainment.
A highly experienced digital and broadcast sales executive, Horowitz leads the national ad sales team, as well as overseeing ad operations and overall sales and growth strategy for fuboTV and its linear channel, fubo Sports Network.
Prior to joining fuboTV in 2020, Horowitz was vice president, sales for Telestream’s full range of advanced media technologies in the eastern United States. Previously, Horowitz was executive director, sales for IBM Watson Media, also holding positions at Comcast Technology Solutions as global client director and director, VOD sales. Horowitz joined Comcast from Scripps Networks Interactive (now Discovery, Inc.), where she led the digital advertising sales team, northeast region for Food Network and Cooking Channel.
Jennifer has a passion for using data to pursue greater success for her clients. As a Project Manager for KS&R’s Entercom Team, Jennifer is a creative problem-solver with expertise in designing, conducting and analyzing various forms of qualitative and quantitative research – including tracking consumer behaviors and brand health, concept testing, segmentation, and service packaging and pricing.
Going into her 16th year in the market research industry, Jennifer has extensive experience leading research in the video, mobility and broadband service categories. She enjoys empowering clients with timely, fact-based market research insights to help them make informed decisions and be confident in their actions.
Director of Media Services
Abhishek Neralla is responsible for Video Content Management and Delivery across all of A+E Networks' sites and apps that serve more than 1 billion video views per year. He has architected and set up multiple AVOD (both SSDAI and CSAI), LIVE (including low latency streaming) and SVOD workflows, along with associated infrastructure, delivered using a Multi-CDN, Multi-Origin strategy leveraging QoS/QoE data. He has also implemented B2B and B2C content distribution, and content claiming, pipelines to third parties like Youtube, Facebook, DailyMotion, PlutoTV, etc., along with an increasing emphasis on developing FAST channels across multiple platforms.
SVP, Global Sales & Marketing
Chris is responsible for all the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Chris has over 33 years of experience in national media strategy, marketing, and implementation, with a focus on traditional TV and digital media advertising. Prior to Canoe, he was a Principal at Leap Media Group, an advertising consultancy specializing in advanced TV advertising. Before Leap, Pizzurro spent 13 years at Turner Broadcasting advertising sales. He has received an Emmy® Award nomination, a Webby® Award nomination, as well as being a CableFAX Innovation Award recipient, an iTVt Leadership Award beneficiary, and a TVOT All-Star Award winner. Chris is named on four patents granted to Canoe and he also is a Board Advisor to both the eSports Ad Bureau and VuPulse.
Group Vice President of Products
Mark Ramberg is Group Vice President of Products at MediaKind and is a veteran of the media technology industry, having held various technical, business, and leadership roles at companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 100. Prior to MediaKind he led Product Management at Hulu for the video platform teams and has led media business and technology efforts at such notable companies as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Akamai. Mark holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Technology Management, both from the University of Washington. Mark has been involved in multiple technology start-up companies, holding advisory board and board of directors positions.
Amy is passionate about advocating for the customer, bringing customer insights and market needs to help clients drive brand awareness, product/service improvements and business strategy. With a natural curiosity to uncover the root causes and deep customer needs, she provides data-driven recommendations and innovative solutions that drive brand adoption and revenue growth.
As part of KS&R’s Entercom team, she leverages 20+ years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research in B2B and B2C segments, bringing learnings and ideas from across industries.
Director of Ad Management
As Director of Ad Measurement for Roku, Gaurav Shirole leads a team that employs in-house and third-party data and partners to produce quantitative analyses and qualitative research proving Roku’s unique value to advertisers. He has spent 10 years working in TV analytics, with a focus on attribution, including founding an acquired TV ad-tech start-up and serving as a media analytics consultant for Fortune 100 brands and political campaigns. Gaurav is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Streaming Video Alliance
Jason Thibeault is the Executive Director of the Streaming Video Alliance, a global association of companies collaborating to solve critical challenges in delivering a better streaming video experience and increasing adoption. Prior to this role, Jason spent eight years at Limelight Networks, a leading CDN, where he held several roles including product manager and marketing strategist. Jason is an inventor on multiple technical patents in the streaming industry and a proven entrepreneur. He is also a contributing editor to Streaming Media Magazine.
Product Manager, Advanced Advertising
Daniel leads the direction of the Synamedia Iris Advertising Product portfolio, designed from the ground up to enable all content ecosystems with the possibility of selling addressable advertising.
He has an extensive background in ad tech, spanning over more than 10 years, having worked for SpotX where he was the EMEA Strategic Product Manager and, prior, was a pivotal member of the team which developed the Videoplaza advertising technology, later acquired by Invidi.

For the last several years, Mike has been immersed in the rapidly changing streaming video markets. These experiences uniquely position him to understand the opportunity in streaming today.
Currently, Mike is SVP, Ad Products and runs the Ad Monetization business at Amagi, helping to grow it into a global powerhouse that creates the infrastructure for streaming TV.
Prior to Amagi, he was an executive with The Walt Disney Company and Maker Studios. Earlier, he was a management consultant with Ernst & Young.

Laura Wu is a business strategy and operations leader with more than a decade of experience directing critical initiatives for high-growth organizations in media.
Currently, Laura serves as the Head of Strategy and Operations at Beachfront, where she leads the strategic planning and execution of key innovation initiatives, while overseeing the company’s marketing, revenue, and human resource operations.
Prior to Beachfront, Laura spent close to five years with Verizon Media, with two years at Yahoo and one at Brightroll.
