Relying on his extensive experience and technical background, he enables his clients to make sound business decisions by providing practical advice on all aspects of projects including total cost of ownership, asset utilization, technology evaluation, throughput for modern utility applications, and long-term operations planning.
Transformative Technology Executive
Andrew Alleman is a Chief Architect for Network Solutions responsible for leading the Customer Solutions Architecture program within the Next Generation and Standards group at Intel. In this role, Andrew is tasked with leading 5G End-to-End network architecture and execution across multiple business segments and product organizations. Previously, Andrew was CTO at Radisys, after having served as the company’s vice president of platform engineering. His technology focus areas have spanned access and core networks, network functions virtualization, SDN controlled data plane solutions, media processing, and compute, storage and switching infrastructure. He has more than 20 years of experience in networking and computer systems architecture and design. Andrew was the co-founder of Oresis Communications, a start-up focused on converged voice and data packet switching systems. His communications career started at ADC Kentrox, with a focus on data plane processing in the packet/cell access space.

Melissa Ashurst leads JMA’s business and strategy efforts for Smart Cities, Education and Healthcare. Prior to JMA, she spent 12 years in the wireless industry with leadership positions at a national system integrator for Distributed Antenna Systems as well as AT&T in the Antenna Solutions Group where she was Southeast Area Manager, Contracts and Business Development, managing multi-million dollar capital budgets. In these roles, she has been a part of some of the most complex Cellular Network projects serving the needs of: cities, college campuses, stadiums and large public venues; and brings a unique understanding of the Carrier perspective as well as the complexities of successful deployments.
Melissa resides in the Metro Atlanta area with her husband and three boys. In her spare time, she has developed and leads JMA’s Women in Technology efforts and sits on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Center for Hope and Healing.

As SVP & GM of Emerging Business, Ani and his team will leverage Mavenir’s existing and newly created solutions for 5G, IoT and digital transformation to generate new business opportunities for Mavenir in Enterprises and Industries. Offerings will include Enriched Communication, IoT and Private Networks, delivered with new business models, via a digital ecosystem of partners and channels. Ani holds an MBA in International Business and a BE in Electronics and Communications and brings to the role over 20 years of experience in the ICT sector working for a number of multinationals and Fortune 500 companies.

Collin Boyce is the Chief Information Officer for the City of Tucson. Before joining Tucson, Boyce spent 20 years in information technology leadership with firms in New York, Georgia, and Michigan. His key areas of focus are workflow optimization, risk and resiliency, agile project management, contract negotiation, vendor management, and using data to drive business decisions. He is currently leading a City Wireless and Smart-City Initiative in Tucson, AZ. Boyce received his Bachelor and Master's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his CIO certification from Carnegie Mellon University.

Prior to Google, Kevin's background has been in enterprise technology startups, helping build companies like MarkLogic and MongoDB. Monica Paolini, PhD, is the founder and principal of Senza Fili. She is an expert in wireless technologies and has helped clients worldwide to understand new technologies and customer requirements, create and assess financial models, evaluate business plan opportunities, market their services and products, and estimate the market size and revenue opportunity of new and established wireless technologies. She frequently gives presentations at conferences, and writes reports, blog entries and articles on wireless technologies and services, covering end-to-end mobile networks, the operator, enterprise and IoT markets. She has a PhD in cognitive science from the University of California, San Diego (US), an MBA from the University of Oxford (UK), and a BA/MA in philosophy from the University of Bologna (Italy).

Christian Regnier is the Enterprise Technical Architect about Critical connectivity in Air France KLM CIO Group. He is also co-founder in 2012 and member of AGURRE association (Association of large users of PMR). One of the goal of AGURRE is to lobby the government and regulator to obtain LTE spectrum for Verticals operational use.
Christian Regnier initiated one of the world's first POCs in 2017 of private LTE networks (at Paris Roissy airport), for which he won 2 awards in 2019:
- the Industry pioneer disruptive excellence AWARD at the Big disruption summit &
- the Greatest advance in the Migration to Critical Broadband by International Critical Communications AWARD.
In parallel of the project started in 2020 to deploy the private LTE network in Roissy and Orly Paris airports, Christian Regnier is working with Air France KLM business to prepare the future regarding the 5G upgrade and IOT tests. Some Proof of concept are in preparation in 2022.

Mehmet is the co-founder and CTO at Celona where he provides the technology vision for the networking platform for enterprise 5G. Previously he was the CTO of Ruckus Wireless and VP of Engineering at Qualcomm Corporate R&D. While at Qualcomm, Mehmet has led LTE small cells group and 1000x initiative in Qualcomm Research including areas such as Self Organizing Networks, Neutral Host services, LTE in Unlicensed or Shared Bands, and the work on 5G Internet of Things (IoT) networks for industrial IoT applications. Mehmet has more than 160 issued patents with USPTO and received Qualcomm IP Excellence Award in 2013.
