A visionary leader and accomplished scholar, Vistasp M. Karbhari took office in June 2013 as the eighth president of The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, and the Department of Civil Engineering. As president, he is committed to advancing UT Arlington’s national and international profile while strengthening excellence in research and teaching and ensuring the success of the University’s 38,000 undergraduate and graduate students. Since his arrival, UTA has significantly enhanced its reputation and has received significant accolades for research, teaching, outreach and access. 

Dr. Jennifer Mathes

Dr. Jennifer Mathes is responsible for the development of OLC's long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. She also provides leadership in researching and planning strategic initiatives, special projects and partnerships that align with OLC's mission, vision and goals. Dr. Mathes has 25 years of experience in both public and private higher education where she has served as a faculty member and an academic leader.

Dr. Joe Sallustio has led the transformation of Claremont Lincoln University from an institution with a limited future with just 10 paying students in 2018 to a nimble start-up graduate institution with currently more than 300 students. Besides creating the entire operational infrastructure from scratch, including all of the marketing, enrollment, and financial aid initiatives, Dr. Sallustio has led CLU’s business to business efforts as well. In the last year, the university has moved from just a few partnerships to more than 30 formal partnerships to help expand enrollment.
