Sarah Jayne Boulton is a scientist exploring hybrid learning scenarios via game design and software development. In her current role as Global Curriculum Lead at Labster, she works to improve virtual learning experience paradigms with failure-driven, inquiry lead, experimental approaches. Sarah holds a PhD in Pharmacology, she served as a chemistry lecturer at Newcastle University, and has 15 years of educational coaching and teaching experience.

Jeff is a technologist and business executive with a broad set of experiences in multiple industries in both the public and private sector. Hebrings 40 years of experience in the field of information technology and executive level business operations. His background includes university and corporate settings, with extensive experience in business management, enterprise computing, and telecommunications. At UT Arlington, he oversees the development of the structure of the Office of Information Technology, directs the strategic direction of the organization and coordinates infrastructure and service delivery across the University.

Justin is the Founder of Declassified Media, a media company helping students navigate their way through college. He is also the host of the iTunes Top 100 Education podcast, Declassified College, where he unlocks cheat codes to thriving in college in bite-sized episodes. Laura Niesen de Abruna
York College of Pennsylvania
Laura de Abruna is a member of the Association of Chief Academic Officers (ACAO) Board and the representative to the Every Learner (ELE) network. She was the PI on the 2017-2020 “Provosts, Pedagogy, and Digital Learning” grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She is Past President of the Association of Chief Academic Officers (ACAO) and has served on the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) CAO Task Force. She is also Provost, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Professor of English at York College of Pennsylvania. Her major interests are in global initiatives, digital learning, service learning, institutional assessment, and the development of general education curricula. She is particularly interested in the role of innovative high impact practices in increasing the quality of undergraduate learning.
Jake is a Director of Strategy, Innovation, and Design at AT&T where he is responsible for working with key public sector clients in providing thought leadership and best practice recommendations on enterprise architecture, application integration, product development, and professional services, with the goal of providing strategy and technology advice to assist clients in the transformation of their business through the adoption of emerging technologies. His background includes positions in IT Consulting, technology architecture, and engineering.
Jake holds a BS in Computer Science with a specialization in Internal Audit from Louisiana State University. In addition, he has held certifications in Project Management and Cybersecurity. Jake resides in Austin, TX with his wife and 2 children.
Chief Information Officer
York College of Pennsylvania
Ilya Yakovlev serves as Chief Information Officer at York College of Pennsylvania. He oversees Library and Information Technology Services including groups supporting instructional design and technology, client services, enterprise systems and infrastructure. He is also an adjunct instructor teaching courses in the IT and Accounting programs. He previously worked at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, St Cloud State University, and the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Ilya holds MS and PhD degrees in Computer Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
