Tony Montalvo joined Analog Devices in Raleigh, NC in 2000. He’s been the Vice President of Technology for Automotive, Communications and Aerospace since 2020. Before joining Analog Devices, Tony led the RF IC group at Ericsson, Inc., and was involved with the design of Flash memories at Advanced Micro Devices. Mike Wolfe is the vice president of Network Engineering, Wireless for CommScope, responsible for troubleshooting and solving customers’ most challenging technical problems. Mike previously worked for CommScope as a regional sales manager and has served in a variety of management and engineering roles in both the commercial and defense communications sectors. Dr. Ian Wong is Director of RF and Wireless Architecture at VIAVI. He serves on the O-RAN Alliance as co-chair of the Test and Integration Focus Group (TIFG), editor of the end-to-end test specification and contributor to the conformance and interoperability test specifications for open front haul.
Previously, Dr. Wong led development of real-time end-to-end 5G wireless test and prototyping systems and managed 3GPP wireless standards and IP strategy at NI (National Instruments). He is a senior member of the IEEE and co-authored Resource Allocation for Multiuser Multicarrier Wireless Systems.

Marty Zimmerman is an engineering fellow with CommScope. Currently, he fills two roles, leading the global technical business development team for the BSA-Filters BU and leading the North American region for the Mobility Network Engineering organization within the larger Outdoor Wireless Networks division. Marty holds 45 U.S. and numerous foreign patents in addition to having been published in several journals. He has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology and a master’s degree and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
